About Us

The KITCHEN is a casual, full service restaurant featuring American heartland cuisine using the season’s best ingredients from local farms and dairies when possible. The menu is moderately priced and features a wide variety of meals consisting of sandwiches, salads, and small platters for lunch as well as full-size platters for dinner. Our head chef uses only the freshest ingredients in designing our menu and looks forward to serving the community.

The KITCHEN is part of a full redevelopment plan headed by Matthew Schlott, General Manager of the Nottingham Inn, LLC. Future renovations include the hotel and restaurant.

The hotel will be renamed as the GUESTHOUSE and the Nottingham Inn will be called the RESTAURANT. The banquet hall, meeting rooms and dining room will all be renewed.

The owners and staff of the Nottingham Inn, LCC are eager and pleased to serve the community and continue the great family tradition. We believe that renovating the historic property will contribute to an enriched community as well as an opportunity for those looking for satisfying and rewarding employment.
